My laptop's battery was working absolutely fine. One day I upgraded to windows 11 and after then the battery is not working. I thought that there could be a driver issue, so I reinstalled the battery drivers but the issue was not solved.

The laptop is charging the battery and the battery gets charged but when I unplug the charger the battery does not work.

I am sure that there is not any fault with the battery because it happened just after I upgraded to windows 11.

Sounds like a Windows 11 issue for sure. Since the battery charges but doesn’t power the laptop, it could be a power management or BIOS compatibility problem. Try updating your BIOS and chipset drivers, sometimes that fixes power-related bugs after a major OS upgrade.
