HP Pavilion Aero 13 AMD Ryzen 5-5625U @2.3GHz 8GB RAM 

i have a problem with my new hp pavilion laptop, once i charge the  battery ,it keeps the charge as expected however it doesent show if its discharging ,for example if the battery is 90% it remains at 90 percent and once the cbarge is over it just swiches off,in addition even after using the laptop mybe for 3 hours and plugin the charger it just charges the remaining 10%,what could be the problem
