i got this brand new laptop 5 days ago and after fully charging it, it runs out of complete charge in mere 2 hours of using when i am not using any high intensity software and am just using the web browser and microsoft office and all power saving measures have been taken, my brightness always remains at lower than 40, i use my laptop in dark mode, do not keep it on charging overnight. i have taken all measures yet my charge runs out in just 2 hours of performing the most basic functions. how do i solve this issue
