Microsoft Windows 11

greetings,
i work with my laptop quite a lot, and because i want to prevent my battery from getting damaged, i want it to use direct power from its charger and not charge the battery or use it.
and i wanted to know if my battery reaches 100%, does it automatically switch to using direct power? because right now its on 100% and it still says charging. so is the way my laptop is standard and okay or do i have to change any settings?

also, regarding the information above, is there a way to change the percentage threshhold of when the battery stops charging and it switches to using direct power? like the "asus battery health charging" app. thank you for the help.

Batteries and chargers now are very smart, they stop the charging process when battery is full.
