Product: HP ProBook 6560b Notebook PC

Hello im trying to follow the guides regarding installing an bios to my usb to be able to update my laptop as it wont work as it should. i get the error 3F0 regarding issues with the hdd. i have replaced it and tried the old one and sometimes the test will work but other times it will fail. im trying to install the bios to a usb as well to try and update it but that dont work at all. the guides i can find say after i install the bios on my pc another screen should pop up and let me install it to an usb. but that wont work. so i dont know what i shall do. im doing this on my pc with win 11 installed trying to update my laptop with win 7 professional 64-bit.
