You will have to contact HP technical support for assistance with obtaining a SMC.bin file for your PC.

i can only see this HP Virtual Agent which is not helping. is there a specific option that i need to do?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know how that works.

 

I don't work for or represent HP, and I live in the middle of the United States.

 

I would suggest you contact a local HP authorized repair shop where you live, and have them can get in touch with HP.

 

There must be a way to get in touch with them.
