Hi,

Drivers for this laptops have been released in 2009. That's a pretty old laptop and the BIOS is not there anymore too.

I wouldn't waste time to fix a laptop like this.

The F.20 BIOS update was written to be run using Windows 2000, XP, or Vista only.

I have no idea what will happen if you attempt to run the BIOS update on W10.

 

It may work fine or it may permanently wreck your notebook.

 

Update the BIOS in W10 at your own risk, or install a supported operating system and then update the BIOS.
