Hi , I receive the below on my notebook pc when I start it up. My bios is Insyde version- F.41 Thermal shutdown occurred The System Bios has detected that your notebook PC was put into hibernation or shutdown...…… System temperature (90D) Enter - Continue Startup My notebook is not overheating and the fan is clean and operating normally. Please assist

(1) Install

HP Support Assistant

9.6.587.0 Rev.A138.6 MBJan 18, 2020Download

 

(2) Let HP Support Assistant search for all available driver updates and install

(3) Reboot

 

(4) Download and install <Core Temp>

https://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/

Direct Download:

https://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/Core-Temp-setup.exe

 

(5) Start <Core Temp> and send screenshot

 

(6) Please report your results
