i have a 18 year old HP Pavilion dv6 2000 and i want to run the bluestacks android emulator but it ends up getting stuck in the loading screens itself and if i try to resolve it the main reason for the error is my graphics driver and when i try to upgrade there is again an error.
So please help me with issue....
Thank you all
Yours sincerely

@TEJAASWIN, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
1. Enable virtualization on your computer. You may also refer to our guide that describes how to do this.
2. Allocate more RAM and CPU cores from the Settings menu.
3. Switch to a different performance mode.
4. Keep your graphics drivers updated to their latest version.
5. Free up RAM on your PC by closing any unwanted/idle applications. This can also be done through the Task Manager. To do so:
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager.
- Select the program you wish you close
- Click on "End Task" on the bottom right.
6. Disable startup programs. Here's how to do it:
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager.
- Click on the "Startup" tab.
- Select the program you wish to disable on startup.
- Click on "Disable" on the bottom right.
I hope these steps help resolve the issue
