Product: HP ProBook 640 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Please help me with my problem, currently, I can't connect my JBL e55BT headphones with my HP ProBook 640 G1 via Bluetooth, I have downloaded all of hp Bluetooth drivers, nothing helps me with this!
The problem is that the Peripheral device driver can't be installed.

If you have installed the correct model bluetooth driver for the model wifi adapter your notebook comes with, then see if the info from Microsoft at the link below is of help to you...update to the latest version of Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1
