Hello,

I have successfully paired my iPhone 11 to my HP pavilion windows 10 laptop. I am trying to send a photo from my laptop to my phone via Bluetooth. However, when I attempt to send, I receive an error message that the Bluetooth file transfer was not completed.  Any guidance is appreciated thanks!!

Sorry, but Win10 has had major problems with BlueTooth (BT) since the beginning.  They have come out with several Windows Updates over the years, claiming in turn, that each one fixes the BT issues, but checking WIN10 forums generally shows little to  no improvement.  I tried several times to pair several different models of BT headphones with different Win10 PCs, and in ALL instances, the pairing failed.  But with the same headphones, pairing to those PCs that also ran Win7 or Win8x worked fine for those OS versions.

 

Since I don't have an iPhone, I can't test this, but an alternative that might work is to use WiFi to do the file transfer between the phone and the PC.
