bluetooth has never worked

I want to purchase wireless headphones to use with my laptop. They all seem to need bluetooth. Apparently my bluetooth has never worked on my laptop, not even new, out of the box.

What do i do to get it working?

The bluetooth doesn't work because you haven't installed the driver it needs...

What is the full model number or product number of your g7?

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

Here is the bluetooth driver you need.  I need the model info, so I can give you the rest of the drivers...
