In hp probook 640 g2 bluetooth is not working why ?

Is bluetooth installed already in my laptop 

I am trubbleshooting but it is not solved 

Can you please tell me how to solve bluetooth issue

Your machine is one of the series. Some machines do not have BT. What is your wifi adapter on the following list ?

 

 Options via Minicard

  • Intel 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2x2) and Bluetooth 4.1 Combo
  • Intel 802.11a/b/g/n (2x2) and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo
  • Broadcom 802.11a/b/g/n (2x2) and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo
  • Broadcom 802.11b/g/n (1x1) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo
  • Realtek 802.11b/g/n (1x1) Wi-Fi
