boot loop and long dst failed

Hello,

I have a HP 15-ay031nt Z9A13EA with windows 8.1 and I have a boot loop problem. Also I have the long dst failed problem with my hard drive. I tried to send it to authoratized technical service but they didn't take because the laptop is older five years. I added the boot loop problem photos.

You need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

The product specs indicate that your notebook came with W10 Home from HP.

If you want to replace the 500 GB mechanical hard drive, I recommend that you replace it with a better performing 2.5" SATA solid state drive (SSD).
