brand new laptop cpu 100while idling and typing is lagged badly

i bought 3 of the same  hp laptops and they have the same problem even opening my task manager uses about a 100% cpu my keys while typing laggs alot and then it doesnt opening something like one drive and notes together slows my pc like its 40 years old even while typing this now is taking for ever laptop is free of malware and any virus as well for the other 2 no every shop i go to to get it cheked say no we arent even going to try its most prob a factory problem when it was made i need help how can i buy 3 of these and this is what i get in return.
