hi i bought my hp probook450 g4 two years back .... after a just few days i realised that the brightness keys were not working and also some other function keys shortcut dont work on the keyboard  ... now after some time when i press function key it appears a dialogue box and it shows hp framework something like that it asks me to install something  ..i installed it and it again didnt opened now i am unable to use those keys ..... hp probook 450 g4 .serial  no 5CD8100RCP ....help me plz

you need to install HotKeys Driver. try to install this softpaq for Window s10

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp99001-99500/sp99442.exe

it's HotKeys driver

people managing softpaq forgot to add this driver even for Probook 4x0 G4.

I took the link from Probook 4x0 G5.

It was simple.
