Check whether this repair method shown in below article helps:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/install-upgrade/fix-issues-by-reinstalling-th...

This method should not delete your data, but I still recommend backing up any important files first. After the repair process is complete, run Windows Update, including any optional updates, and then check whether the issue has been fixed. If issue remains the troubleshooting steps from below link:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/camera/camera-doesn-t-work-in-windows

If issue remains the check this comment which I shared below by another user "Olaitan_2020" in different post:

""Open Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Cameras.
Select HP Wide Vision HD Camera.
Open Advanced camera options.
Enable Turn on basic camera.
Click Apply.
Close and reopen the Camera app.

After this change, the camera completed a 30-second video test without disconnecting, and the live picture stayed stable when I checked it. Windows says this mode limits advanced camera features. It has worked for me so far—sharing in case it helps someone with the same symptoms.""
