NO ERRORS, TRYING TO UPDATE.  will download 100%, WILLNOT install. SAYS pc is not on.

Are you trying to install Windows updates? If yes, then run the Windows update troubleshooter and check if it helps.

HEARS HOW I FINALLY GOT MY LAPTOP FIXED

I stuble on Microsoft media creative tool. Which change my windows with the HELP of HP.  TODAY I WAS ABLE TO update every thing, Runs sooth now.
