ProBook 450 g2
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I am trying to re-install the HP Client Security Manager, all the download pages are leading me to the Client Management Solutions pages with lots of stuff to download but not the HP Client Security Manager.

Has it been removed permanently from the download libraries, or replaced by something else?

Hi:

I also noticed that HP removed the software from the support pages.

I have this older Windows release of the software from the 450 G1.

It should work for your notebook too as it was supported for many models.

great, thank you for your support.

I found that the newer software used is HP Simple Pass.

I tried it , it works great; however, it can only be used with your browsers. I have computer apps that require passwords, and Office documents with passwords and for those HP Client Security Manager works perfectly well.

So, thanks again
