I want to stream to facebook , but it's not streaming properly. so I would like to know is my laptop suitable for streaming?

Saying it's "not streaming properly" is telling us nothing useful.

 

Any laptop can do streaming in SOME form -- but the video fidelity of the result is based on LOTS of different stuff -- like the resolution of the video, where it comes from, how it's getting to the laptop, where it's going to, how it's getting there, what form of transcoding is done and where it is done.

 

For example, I have a powerful desktop PC with the media stored locally and using Plex Media Server.  I stream from it to my laptop via networking cable and from there to my TV via HMDI cable.  The video transcoding is done on the server box before the signal gets to the laptop.  I can stream 1080p without any noticeable signal loss or frame stutter.

 

Change that to media from outside your PC, change that WiFi connection, change that to transcoding done on your laptop -- and the results are going to degrade quickly.

 

IF there are specific Facebook issues, you would need to get assistance from them.
