Hi:

I do not work for or represent HP, so I can't help how they do or don't do things, or if Toshiba is better or whatnot.

You need these W7 x64 drivers for the devices in your screenshot...

First install the Intel chipset installation utility and restart the PC.

This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager. This package is provided for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78501-79000/sp78724.exe

Next, install the thermal dynamic driver and restart the PC.

This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework firmware. Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework provide system temperature and power utilization information for the system thermal protection to function properly. This package is provided for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75501-76000/sp75506.exe

Next install the Intel management engine interface driver and restart the PC.

This package provides the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Intel Management Engine Interface enables communication between the host operating system and the Intel Management Engine firmware.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75501-76000/sp75509.exe

USB3:

This package contains the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp74501-75000/sp74851.exe

Ethernet:

This package provides the Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver that enables the Realtek Network Interface Card (NIC) Chip in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75501-76000/sp75522.exe

Wireless:

The package contains the Broadcom wireless LAN drivers and utility that are required to enable the integrated Broadcom Wireless LAN Adapter in supported notebooks that are running a supported operating system.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72879.exe

Bluetooth:

This package contains the Broadcom Bluetooth driver and software for supported models that are running a supported operating system. Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Driver is required to enable Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 devices and is compatible with Broadcom Bluetooth 3.0 and earlier versions.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72617.exe

Unknown:  You will need to post the hardware ID for the unknown device by following the instructions to find it on this link.  There are too many devices that can be labeled as Unknown when the drivers aren't installed.

Hi:

Your notebook is not supported for 32 bit operating systems.

Your only hope would be to see if the W7 32 bit drivers and software from the HP Probook 450 G3 works on your model.

Do not use the BIOS or firmware files.

https://support.hp.com/hk-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-450-g3-notebook-pc/7834555

I believe your model uses the Broadcom b/g/n wireless LAN driver, and the Broadcom bluetooth driver.

It also uses the Realtek Ethernet Controller driver for the ethernet.

thanks Paul for replying

so you mean the 64 bit is the correct operating system for my laptop?,if that so I can reformat it with 64bit

and what you mean by(Do not use the BIOS or firmware files)?

HP Recommended

You're very welcome.

If you have W7 64 bit, then you should install that.

I can't find your model on the support pages but if your model has an Intel processor, you should be able to use the W7 64 bit drivers and software from this model.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-ay000-notebook-pc-series/10862300/model/11830...

You will still need to use the USB driver and the wireless drivers from the 450 G3 notebook I posted as I don't see USB drivers or the Broadcom drivers on the support page for the ay068 model.

thanks again dude

yes it's i3

so you mean I'll not be able to install the drivers automatically via formatting processing as my old laptop Toshiba even if I install 64bit right?

what about some help via software like driver pack solution?

by the way my model is ay069ne not ay068 Paul

You're very welcome.

You can try the HP support assistant.

http://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html

That is supposed to find drivers.

If you need help finding drivers, I will be happy to assist.

Just post the hardware ID's for the devices that need drivers.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID.

https://www.howtogeek.com/193798/how-to-find-drivers-for-unknown-devices-in-the-device-manager/

I know that you have a ay069ne, but can you find the support page?  I can't.

But you can use everything from the 068.  It has the same hardware.
