Hi! I keep getting a message that my UEFI is "out of date for this request" and to go to www.hp.com/go/techcenter/PCDiags to update it. However, I don't see how to do so when I go to that site. There is no mention of UEFI and no search function. The virtual assistant can't help me. Thanks, Eleanor

Generally the UEFI is part of the BIOS setup and the updates for the BIOS are in the "Software, Drivers and Firmware" tab of the support page for the model in question.  That is found by starting on the support page

https://support.hp.com/us-en

You can either fill in the model number or click on the "Let HP detect product" tab.  Once the support page has detected the model, it should take you to the support site for that model.  Then look in the "Software, Drivers and Firmware" tab for a newer BIOS file or ask for further help, here, once the info obtained is posted.

Depending on the software/hardware that is requesting the update, there might not be an answer for the model in question.  What software or hardware is requesting this update?
