Product: hp pavilion x360 convertible

my boyfriend got a new desktop that has windows 10 and it comes with a video editing software, but my new laptop has windows 10 also and I don't see it on there. Shouldn't I have it as well? Am I missing something? I tried to google it and it says to go under the photo app but I still dont see the option there....any help?

Video Editor is simply a shortcut to the video editing section of Photo App. Open the Photo app and click on 'Create'. Test it on your bf's pc- same function I bet.

If you click on a photo and it opens in Photo app do you see "Edit & Create" in top right?
