HP Recommended

All of a sudden I can't print any .pdfs. I have a Envy 4500.  The internet search says to check to see if I need to update my printer driver/software. I am NOT tech savvy and can't figure out if I need to update this or how to do this and searching on "how to" is like reading a foreign language through mud. Any simpler way to figure out next steps? I did update my mac, rebooted everything, etc.

Are they from SAME source ? Where do you print from ?

I figured it out. Well, I didn't...a friend did. I just print in the preview format now.
