Product: Envy17 notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My  HP ENVY 17 noteook pc   does not send the proper command to the HP printer Envy 4527  which only prints in black and white .If I  print the same document from a different source  like cell phone or tablet  suing the same printer  the print is in colour.

Just need to go to print property change the setting color. Please find the setting below the pictures.
