HP Recommended
Product: Pavilion dm3z-1000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The label on the bottom says

model : dm3z-1000

product : VL350AV

 

but the BIOS says

model : dm3t

product : VL366AV

 

When I search for either product number, I get no results.

I also searched on the Serial Number; no results.

 

What is going on?

Turns out that the BIOS file for the dm3-1039wm that I found at another hpnotebookdrivers.com website works. I was able to upgrade to BIOS version F28.

 

Still cannot find the dm3-1039wm drivers on HP.com
