I installed a new Windows 11, the card reader stopped working. I can't find the driver I need, the one on the site gives an error that the wrong version of Windows.
Where can I find the correct driver and get help?

Hello,
In order to support you, please update the Alcor Micro Card Reader Driver via the HP link below.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112001-112500/sp112198.exe
This version of the Alcor Micro Card Reader Driver proposed above is compatible with Windows 11 and your PC.
Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.
Best regards,

Hi, @HOligatorr
If you know what device in the device manager is the SD card reader, see if manually installing the driver that Mans posted works.
To manually install the driver, click on the SD card reader device needing the driver (you may have to insert a SD card in the reader for the device to appear).
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for drivers option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp112198.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
