Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

Based on the evidence, my opinion is the printer supports HP Card / Index card paper to 200 gsm (110lb).

=======================================================

Reference

The specifications are oddly contrary to themselves.

The Imperial weight for "Card" paper is marked as supported at 53lb.

The metric ISO standard for Index card paper is supported to 200 gsm.

True - HP "Card" paper is generally defined as Index card paper.

The printer supports Brochure / Professional paper at 180 gsm (matte and glossy)

Presentation paper is 120 gsm.

Paper Size & Type - Tray and Paper

Notes

Paper Size, Type, and Weight in the printer tray must be supported for that tray.

What? Depending on the printer model, Tray 2 might be used for Custom media and the printer in the example - Tray 1 is Plain paper only. Your printer is likely different.

Printers that include a Photo Tray generally support Photo Paper in in that tray.

----------------------------------------------------------

Paper type selections available in EWS -- and likely at the printer when that printer includes a text-input capable Printer Control Panel -- are different from the paper type selections found in the printer application / printer software.

Select a paper type in Tray and Paper that -- as close as possible -- matches the paper type you are using and is selected in the printer software / application you are using to open, view, configure, and submit the job to the printer.

For example,

If using Brochure or Professional paper - matte, select (in EWS):   Specialty Paper - Matte

If using card paper, and the setting is available, select (in EWS):   Paper, Thick / Specialty Paper - Matte

If nothing else works, try Plain Paper and hope the printer will adjust to the paper.  (Yes, I know...)
