chromebook14 as new I have a play store and download apps but after update it do not have a play store

Troubleshooting Steps to Restore Play Store:
 

• Re-enable in Settings: Go to Settings > Apps. If you see "Google Play Store," click it and ensure the toggle is turned "On".
   
• Restart/Powerwash: Perform a full restart of your Chromebook. If that fails, a powerwash (factory reset) may be required to re-initialize the system.
   
• Check for Further Updates: Sometimes a subsequent update fixes a broken previous one. Go to Settings > About Chrome OS > Check for updates.
   
• Check Account Type: If this is a school or work device, the administrator may have disabled access.
