Product: hp chromebook 11v031nr
Operating System: Chrome OS

i just got this new chromebook and i am not liking it at all. cant find information like on the regular puters. i dont know where to find what system i have, the box says chrome but everything says either windows or mac. i am trying to add a printer just using a usb cord and cant find out how to set it up. really need to get this set up soon. if i knew where to find rhe manuel for this machine it would be great. cant seem to locate this exact laptop either. if anyone could help it would be most grateful.

From your comments, it sounds like you didn't do any research before jumping in and buying a Chromebook.

 

These run Chrome OS, not Windows, not IOS, and have their own apps available from the Google store.

If you look around, I'm sure you can find others -- but this PC is NOT a cheap replacement for a Windows laptop or a Mac laptop.
