Hi @swimmer33,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you need help in uninstalling the HP System Utility from your notebook. Kindly follow the below steps to resolve your issue.
- Click on Start
- Select Control Panel
- Select Uninstall a Program
- Now search for HP System Event Utility and select Uninstall
- Restart the PC and then check if you are able to take the test.
If you are unable to find it in control panel then use this alternate option:
- Press Windows key + X to open the Start menu.
- Click the first menu item Apps and Features.
- In the list of installed programs, search HP System Event Utility.
- Click the HP System Event Utility software.
- Click Uninstall button which appears at the top of the program list and follow the instructions to uninstall the program.
- Restart the PC and then check if you are able to take the test.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
