Hello!, so i recieved an all in one PC for christmas and I have been using it for school. but it is becoming increasingly frustrating to use because the computer keeps closing the browser I am on. Like i will be doing school work and it will just automatically close my browser. And this is happening with any platform I use not just google chrome. I have called HP suppport and had HORRIBLE customer service and basically was berated so I do not want to go that route for help again. Again its anytime im on any application, chrome, edge, firefox, even when im on microsot word! it will close out what ever i am using, and everytime i look at what time it is, its always at like 10:05, 10:15 etc. But its never at a specific time of day. I have been on as early as 7 am and as late as 2am, and everytime it hits that 05, 15, 25 mark my browser will shut down. And yes ive tried restarting my computer, updating, un plugging and replugging. updating the browsers im on, everything!! and nothing has worked. please help!!

  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?

  • Have you tried with different web browser?
