Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand that you've deleted a lot of files, but the storage space hasn’t updated. Could you let me know which cloud storage service you're using (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox)? Also, did you empty the trash/recycle bin within the storage platform? Some services require this step before the space is freed up. Let me know, and I'd be happy to help!
