hi i  keep getting this message 

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

The device is not in a valid state to perform this request.  for ps/2 compatible mouse (my trackpad) last time i saw this error message my trackpad stopped working, deleting upper and lower filters worked but this meesage still persists, no  option to roleback driver, no updates to driver
