HP Recommended

Product name: HP Laptop 15-F00025DX + Gaming Bundle + XBox Game Pass Ult

Thirteen year old turned off computer mid system update.

Obtained bit code to unlock hard drive, but Best Buy Techies couldn't re-install the operating system because there is a password on the bios.  No one knows the bio password.  So we are stuck!  Any guidance?
