Hi, i'm having problem with my laptop connection to the WIFI...during the day it may work properly or it may lose connection or not connect at all. I tried disconnect and connect again to the WIFI and it sometimes seems to recover but for 10 minutes, there are days though that it connects properly. No internet problem occurs as rest of devices work properly. Also, when I try speed test all other devices get 92 speed and my laptop 26-42max. I performed all achecks by hp assistant plus the diagnostic one but no fault occured. I hope that my network card is not the problem as my warranty ended in August.

Let me check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

 

Version

 

System Model

 

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

 

Processor

 

BIOS Version/Date

 

 

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Network adapters>
