Hi. 

I need help with my connectivity kit. I downloaded it but It doesn't run. It only opens and show "unstall, repair and cancel" I tried to repair but same thing still pops up. What may be the problem?

What exactly do you mean by connectivity kit?

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues?
