Can anyone PLEASE help me find a way to get support for my HP account? I can't log in with the new email address I changed everything over to.  It is insisting that I use the old address which I am getting rid of.  I can't find account support anywhere.....

Hi KJ4

Welcome to the forum.

Can you tell us more about your login problem?

Where did you try to sign in? Did you try sign in hp.com or the HPSmart ap?

This will help us to identify your problem.

I was trying to login at hp.com. Even logging into this forum, I have the same problem. It tells me to log in with my HP account credentials but It will not accept my new email address. It is making me log in with my old email address. When I put the new email address in, it tells me that there is no account associated with that email address and it doesn't give me a password box.
