copying files from my device to any other device or vice-versa is very very slow,only 2mb/s of speed it gives
please help me about it

You're not providing us any useful details to help solve the issue!
So, first off, HOW are you copying to another device? Are you using a USB stick? If so, what are the data transfer rates shown in File Manager?
IF not, then HOW are you connecting the other device to your PC? Through a USB cable? IS your USB port USB2.0 or USB 3.x?
When you are doing it, what are the data transfer rates showing in File Manager?
