couldnt activate my lifetime office home and student in my newly device; now it is asking product key to activate office. how install office in my system without paying extra bucks

I see you are experiencing issues activating the Microsoft Office Home and Student 2021, One-Time Purchase and Lifetime Validity on HP Aero Laptop. I apologize for the Inconvenience.
