my laptop does not stay at boost speed and it is stuck at 1.58 ghz 

sometimes it boost to 3.20ghz and drop to 2.1 and when running any game drops to 1.58.

temps are at 65 degrees to 70

specs:

Ram:8GB ddr4 2400mhz

Storage:512 sata nvme ssd and 1tb hhd

gpu:nvidia mx130

display;1920x1080 touchscreen

Cpu: Intel Core i5 8250u
