the cyberlink youcam app on my hp windows 10 freezes all the time. I launch the app and use the web cam to shoot a video, and after a while, all the buttons, including the exit (x) button don't respond. I go to task bar and click 'close window', but it doesn't respond; it just makes a beep and remains on the screen. please help. thank you.
Note: I'm not sure if my system is (32-bit) or (64-bit), but it's windows 10, not 11.
