HP Notebook 14s-dq1953nd
Other

3 weeks ago i was just chilling on google when my laptop started crashing. It showed me a big blue screen with a big “:(“ on the left. It then went got me to a black screen saying “hard disk - (3F0)”. I did some research and i found that i had to do a “Component Test” but i was surprised that i didn’t have that option. It’s a whole different screen. I did some more research and also found out i had to make backups of the stuff saved on my hard disk. I don’t know how to do that. Other things said i had to download some stuff on my hard disk but i don’t know how to do that either. I thought i’d just let it be but after 3 whole mf weeks i do want my laptop to work again. What do i do now?

p.s apologies for any grammar or spell ring mistakes. I’m originally from the Netherlands and my English is still a bit bad.

Hello @uhmFlo

Please tell me the full product name and product number (p/n) of your notebook. You will find this information on the back of the notebook in small letters.

Do you know someone / friend(s) who has/have better skills in computer ? We have to check a few things.

best regards
