Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T03AV)

a month ago i did a factory reset to windows, since then i can't use dx12 on fullscreen,  programs crash without any warning or blue screen or anything else, they try to initialize fullscreen, holds blackscreen for a split second and then boom they just close themselves without warnings. some applications feedback kinda error messages like this error from 3dmark. Since i couldn't find solution and there was some other problems in my pc i sent my pc to hp service, they handled most other problems but this problem lasts. there was some specific situations before i sent my pc to service i didn't tried them again yet but :
- if i run my pc at hybrid mode i think all dx12 apps just crash but in discrete mode most of them don't crash.
- if i can run the app borderless window from cfg files or something like that most of them don't crash whether its hybrid or discrete mode.

im currently installing some apps so i will give updates again tomorrow after testing them.
