I understand you are trying to download the WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) driver for your HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer, follow these steps:
Step 1: Ensure HP Software is Installed
The WIA driver is usually included in the full-featured software package provided by HP. First, make sure the HP software is installed on your computer:
- Visit the HP Customer Support website.
- In the search bar, type HP ENVY 6032e and select your printer from the list.
- Choose Microsoft Windows 11 as your operating system.
- Scroll down to Software and Drivers and download the Full Feature Software and Driver package for your printer.
Step 2: Install the Full Feature Software
- Once the software package is downloaded, run the installation file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Make sure to choose the option that installs both the printer and scanner drivers.
Step 3: Check WIA Driver Installation
- Open Device Manager (press Win + X and select Device Manager).
- Expand Imaging Devices and look for your printer/scanner listed there.
- If it is listed, the WIA driver should already be installed.
Step 4: Test the Scanner with WIA Driver
- Open the Windows Scan app (search "Scan" in the Start menu).
