help downloading a WIA driver to scan

I understand you are trying to download the WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) driver for your HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer, follow these steps:
 

Step 1: Ensure HP Software is Installed

The WIA driver is usually included in the full-featured software package provided by HP. First, make sure the HP software is installed on your computer:

  1. Visit the HP Customer Support website.
  2. In the search bar, type HP ENVY 6032e and select your printer from the list.
  3. Choose Microsoft Windows 11 as your operating system.
  4. Scroll down to Software and Drivers and download the Full Feature Software and Driver package for your printer.

Step 2: Install the Full Feature Software

  1. Once the software package is downloaded, run the installation file.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
  3. Make sure to choose the option that installs both the printer and scanner drivers.

Step 3: Check WIA Driver Installation

  1. Open Device Manager (press Win + X and select Device Manager).
  2. Expand Imaging Devices and look for your printer/scanner listed there.
  3. If it is listed, the WIA driver should already be installed.

Step 4: Test the Scanner with WIA Driver

  1. Open the Windows Scan app (search "Scan" in the Start menu).
  2. Select your printer and ensure it uses the WIA driver.
  3. Try scanning a document.

If the scanner still doesn't work, or the WIA driver is missing, you can use Windows Update to check for additional drivers:

  1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  2. Click Check for updates.
