downloading software issues

Hi i am tring to download a software onto my hp pavilion  15 laptop called corel painter 2022.

The minimum system requirements that i need on a laptop are shown below 

operating system with the latest service pack and critical updates .

windows 10 (64 bit) , verion 20hz or later 

ram 8gb

screen resolution 1280 x 800.

Corel Painter 2022 sounds like - and must be - third party software.

Some general tips:

As long as the computer hardware meets the requirement, look elsewhere for the source of the problem.

Check your Security Software - if the security software is blocking the download, adjust your security software to allow the program to be downloaded / installed.

Check at the Corel Support forum (if there is such).

If Windows is objecting to the download / installation, you might see an error message.

If the Browser you are using is objecting, clear the error using whatever steps the browser requires

OR

Try a different browser.

You appear to not have enough RAM to run the app, but that should not interfere with downloading it!!

The specs dictate 8GB, your laptop has 4.

Many graphic-intensive application require lots of RAM and processing power.

The Corel requirements and what the system provides do not match.

Using an alternate "less resource" intense software might be the only option in this case.

Seems like the software might at least download and install - using it would prove difficult in this situation.
