Hi:
You need these drivers...
First install the amd chipset drivers and restart the PC. That will install the chipset and usb3 drivers. You want the 1st file listed on the webpage.
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%207%20-%2064
Graphics: 1st file on the list. Install and restart the PC.
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/apu?os=Windows%207%20-%2064
Audio: Accept the agreement. Download and install the 2nd driver on the list.
http://www.realtek.com.tw/Downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownT... Definition Audio Codecs
Ethernet: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 2nd driver on the list.
Card reader: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st driver on the list.
Wireless:
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75001-75500/sp75236.exe
Bluetooth:
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp76001-76500/sp76419.exe
Touchpad:
This package provides the driver that enables the ELAN Touchpad in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The driver enables general touchpad functionality (for example double-tap and scroll) and provides a user interface.
File name: sp75529.exe
AMD PSP 1.0 Device: You have to manually install this driver and restart the PC as follows...
This package provides AMD PSP Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp74501-75000/sp74653.exe
Download and run the above driver. I do not believe it will install the device automatically, so that is why you have to manually install it.
In the W7 device manager, you will find a device named as a PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller (that is the AMD PSP device in need of the driver).
Click on the PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller device. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp74653.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.

If you need drivers, please follow these steps:
1. In the Run box type devmgmt.msc.
2. Unknown devices would be listed as such and marked out with a yellow question mark.
3. Select the unknown device or other device for which you need drivers and right click to access Properties.
4. In the Properties window click on Details tab and select Device Instance Id or Hardware ID from the drop down.
5. An alphanumeric string like this PCI\VEN_1217&DEV_7130&SUBSYS_012F1025&REV_01\4&6B16D5B&0&33F0 is the identification marker for the device.
6. Please provide this number so that we can suggest the appropriate driver.

Vidya

The best place to look for drivers is windows updates.
If your PC is able to access internet via WiFi or LAN, you can check for windows updates.
Most drivers may come up here.
However, you must remember that this PC was not made for running windows 7 and hence there are no drivers available on the HP website for windows 7.
For best functionality, I would suggest you to use windows 10.

Hello,
this downgrade may or may not support HP Drivers as the WIN PRO will not be tested version with the notebook
please ensure you create a system restore point on the notebook and backup complete data.
http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03327545
however support is provided on best efforts basis .
