Hi @vala2132,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.
- Which exact Windows version are you building the image for?
(e.g., Windows 11 23H2 64‑bit this matters because HP support site shows drivers per OS.) HP Support - Are you wanting a full driver pack with all device drivers in INF format (ready for adding into DISM++), or are you instead happy grabbing individual driver installers and extracting them yourself?
- Have you already tried using HP Support Assistant on a working install to detect and download the correct drivers automatically? (It can sometimes fill in gaps that the web site doesn’t show well.)
Here’s the key point about official HP driver packs
HP does offer software & driver downloads for your exact model, but they are listed per operating system, not as a single ‘driver pack’ bundle like some vendors provide. You need to:
- Go to the HP support page for your exact laptop model. HP Support
- Select the Windows version you’re targeting.
- Then download the drivers you need one by one chipset, display, network, audio, etc.
I hope this helps.

Hi
Thanks for your response.
You can use it, but you need to be cautious. HP laptops often rely on certain OEM drivers, firmware features, and preinstalled software for optimal performance.
Always create a full system backup or a restore point before applying NTLite customizations on a prebuilt laptop. That way, you can revert if something breaks.
Thanks for letting us help you out! If you're all set, please mark this post as 'Accepted Solution' so I can do a virtual happy dance!
If you need anything else, I'm all ears (or rather, all text). Just let me know!
You're awesome, and I'm honored to have been your go-to guide today!
Stay fantastic, and have an amazing day ahead!
Best Regards,
