hello sir,

 

i install windows 7 64 bit in my notebook, but my usb port not working due to drivers issue ......

 

i search on net too much but found nothing on there , please give me link because i prefer to win 7 in my notebook .

You need this driver for that device...1st one on the list.  Install and restart the PC.

your computer was preinstalled with Windows 10.  In that PDF, it states:

 

In accordance with Microsoft’s support policy, HP does not support the Windows 8 or Windows 7 operating system on products configured with Intel and AMD 7th generation and forward processors or provide any Windows 8 or Windows 7 drivers on http://www.support.hp.com.

 

Also, Microsoft will terminate all support for Windows 7 in January 2020 -- less than 17 months from now.

At that time, you will need to install Windows 10, to have a "supported" operating system.

So, rather than "struggling" with Windows 7, install Windows 10 "now", and avoid the effort of a "migration" in January 2020.
