This laptop does not need that driver to be installed windows, you have a USB problem, it is created wrong, it is damaged and you should reformat the USB, and use Microsoft media creation tool.

Thanks for answering, but the issue is not about the USB that I am using, I have already tried with two USBs of different brands, the problem is that it does not let me delete the partitions of the 64GB emmc disk, it is as if it were blocked, apply a reset bios and nothing

if you are viewing the disk during installation you do not need Intel RST driver, it will not change your partitions, then either the disk is damaged or there is a disk encryption problem.
